First of all, let me just tell you how impressive it is to see someone who is under tremendous stress, who suffers from anxiety be able to reach the light. It is very difficult, takes a lot of energy and often, a lot of help. You did a very good job, congrats.
I feel that it is unfair to compare yourself with other artists. It has all to do with this society's obsession with production (and listen, ever since the Industrial Revolution, production has been linked with swiftness, rapidity, etc. - it is not something we invented). We associate how quickly someone produces work with quality. But is that true. Sometimes, you look at an artist's work, and it might be enjoyable and amazing and fun. But could that artist have done EVEN better if he had taken more time?
Art is like anything else in life. A reversed production versus investment curve. Investment being time, production being quantity. Would you rather produce more, invest less? Or invest more, produce less? For sure, if people took their time, took breaks, took the time to enjoy their families, their other hobbies, they would produce better art (which doesn't mean that people who are able to sit for ongoing days in front of their canvases and computers don't produce flabbergasting work! But they would do even better, make their work even more vibrant if they experienced other positive emotions and supplemented their work with practical inspirations).
All in all, you go on enjoying your life, experiencing it to the fullest and injecting that energy into your art.
