Hi, I'm Zora, from the UK =)
I've been lurking on tapas for a while now, wanting to create a comic and like others on this topic I hope that this challenge will help keep me motivated enough to do it.
So for the month of July I'll start small and try to create a short story that I could (hopefully) publish at the end of the month!

Star-Studded Salutations everyone! Díalusion here and for this July Comics Challenge, I'll aim to finish up production on the first season of SUMMON! The Nameless Relic (or at least finish up as much as I can) as well as have proper character sheets/reference sheets for the major characters.

Ok, so let's start
Hadis is most important secondary character in GoA, I want to give her more of a slender elvish + sporty look. I think I got the silhouette I like for her after a few tries, so here it is. I will still work around it, will definitely leave the leggings, but the top part needs more work. If the top will change for something more sport-looking, I will change her sneakers for sandals to keep that medieval-modern balance.

Hi! I try to work between 2-6 hours on my comic every day already, depending on how much time I have, but I might as well join. if for nothing else, then to be more active in the community. I'm strictly a writer - 0 art skills here - so I'm focusing on getting as good as I possibly can at that. my current focus is on short comics (that end up getting longer and longer lmao) and I'm working on my current one while waiting for 2 finished scripts to be drawn by artists. man, they can't be done soon enough.
right now I'm trying to pick a name for my MC, and I'm hoping to finish that by the end of the day so I can move on to the fun worldbuilding stuff tomorrow. I hope I'll remember to update here frequently lmao

Hello, I'm Emilly & I'd also love to participate!

I draw a thriller/horror apocalypse comic called The Blind Effect. It's my first vertical-scrolling webcomic so it's been an adjustment! I really need to try and draw the minimum 30 minutes a day to help speed up how often I get episodes out (right now it's 1 a month, I'd like it to be 2-3.) So this challenge will be really fun! well, here's my first update I guess. I managed to finish the name! and while I'm at it, I'd like to get your opinion on it.
"Imelda Terranova", or "Tara" for short. she'll mostly go by "Tara".
what I really like about this name is that it relates to the themes of the story, of not settling for the shitty life you're given and fighting for a life you're happy with no matter how scary it might be.
"Imelda" means "Warrior Woman" or "Powerful Fighter", and "Terranova" means "New Land". so together they basically mean "Woman who fights for a new land", which fits how she fights for a better life.
"Imelda" also means "Universal Battle", which is even more fitting considering what she's battling against is life or fate, which people like to refer to as "the universe".
