Rest in peace.

Really devastating, Berserk has been such a big influence to me and many other artists.

I'm devastated and heartbroken
Like you Berserk was such a big influence

apparently, his cause of death was stress-related
so I can't stress this enough, please take mental health days and get enough sleep
the way they work mangaka over there is so horrible you hardly get any free time

I know there's a real fear the Oda about never finishing One Piece. He had some stress related problems in the past and he's been working on his manga for over 10 years.

I just saw the news, my heart is broken. His work is a true inspiration for so many generations. It's a big loss.

Oh no, I just can't believe it...Berserk is one of my most favorite comics to read, and the art is beautiful...I'm so sad and devastated, I can't believe kentaro miura is gone :sob:

I woke up and the first thing my friends told me was that Miura had passed. I still can't believe it, since he still had a lot to live. Rest in Peace, Miura-sensei :pensive:

My friend told me

I've only discovered Berserk recently, but it has become one of my "art goals" things.

Really upset at the moment.... My nightmare came true. I will cry to sleep tonight.

When I received the news last night, I thought I was having a horrible nightmare so I brushed it off.

When I woke up this morning, the realization dawned on me that it wasn't a nightmare and for the first time in a long time I cried.

I'm really sad, I really hope his family is okay.
His series was one of my top 3 series to read even despite the rare releases n all, it was a masterpiece to me.
RIP Kentaro

I read the title and I honestly thought this was like a bad joke or something... Sadly that wasn't the case. Recently I decided to finally read berserk, it was always so daunting to me to start reading a manga that had 30 plus years running and 350 plus chapters, but I tried it and when I started I couldn't stop reading.

Rest in peace Kentaro Miura.
