I'm an artist looking for a writer to do a short collaborative story with. I'd like to add one more project to my list for some variety and I want more experience before I attempt any bigger projects of my own. If possible, it'd be great if you have a story already in mind so we could get started on designing? I'm not really picky about genres, as long as it's something we can both enjoy and have fun with!

I saw a bit of your work on the thread you mentionned, am I wrong in assuming you're more character-driven in your comics than big ideas and epic-scale conflict ?
In short, what are the things you think you're more comfortable depicting?

I actually am comfortable with both character-driven and plot-driven stories. There has to be a certain level of action driving things forward to make it interesting, but in the past if the characters aren't fleshed out enough, I'll end up fleshing them out in my head. So I'd say a good balance between the two.

I do like drawing characters the best. I do well with organic forms like people and creatures since they don't need to be perfect like machinery. I also like backgrounds fairly well, since it's fun to design the space everything will happen in.

I don't really like things like vehicles, machines, or lots of technology since it takes longer to get it right.

Update since several of you have asked: If you could, it's fine to message me just a snippet of your writing or a basic description of a story you have. I just want to get a feel for your storytelling style, it doesn't have to be anything long and detailed.
