Wind became stronger, turned into hurricane and started to lift fishes from the ocean into the air, so they flied like a birds.

I really hope someone continues this story, It'll be fun to see where it goes!

Suddenly it became clear why the waves were so intense and the wind so strong..

Now we're getting somewhere! Wonder when our brave heroine will show up....

There in the horizon, a giant bird with black and white colored feathers flapping its wings wildly, causing major winds.

From afar, the winds seemed to have neither rhyme nor reason, but closer inspection would show the monstrous fowl's target.

Oooh! Now we have an antagonist for our hurricane-powered heroine to fight! :smiley_cat:

Maybe I might upgrade this from 20 words per person to one paragraph to help with creativity and flexibility.

Aqua, you know your character best. I think that should introduce her into this story.

Yeah, I probably should. Think e should switch to the option to to either just 20 words OR a paragraph per person?

The 20 word rule seems to be working.

It's called Flash Fiction. Some writers challenge themselves to tell entire stories in 40 words. I think we might have all seen the meme story which calls itself the shortest horror story in the world: The last man on earth heard a knock the door. I got annoyed by that and once wrote a horror story with half as many words: She felt her skin crawl -- away.

All right, that sounds good. Without further ado...

Riding a gallant gust, Selena arrived, confident that she could never be defeated. The winds may howl, but she would roar!

The bird spread its wings to meet her, its shadow an inky black mass that seemed to blanket the lands in every direction.

Even as zephyrs pressed her, Selena elegantly spun them behind her. She accelerated towards the storm like a racing yacht.

The bird screeched angrily and beat its wings even harder, whipping up a titanic tornado and sending it at Selena.

Well, that was a surprisingly anticlimactic way to get rid of a tornado....

Enraged, the bird flapped its wings with all its might, increasing the hurricane. Unafraid, Selena smiled smugly and continued her flight.

But by then, the bird had dropped three feathers into the sea. As they touched the saline waters, they began to grow.

21 words, but that's fine, I hope!

It's okay, I cheated a bit and did 21 words as well.

Three creatures stood on the water surface. Harpy, Phoenix and Pegasus—all stared fixedly at Serena with an obvious animosity.

Why those three creatures? I dunno, but all of them have wings. Ehehe.
