Pff I'll leave out the comic promos this time.
Based off the visuals, yeah I probably would give it a go. Mixed media of that nature has always fascinated me, the only other webcomic I know of that does something similar is Weaker Sides (one I linked in the previous forum), it uses a mix of digital, traditional and photography to give a really unique look. It's honestly something I feel should be experimented with more, and has a lot of potential to aid in telling a really compelling story.
As for the premise, it sounds really interesting. It kind of has a 1997 Cube vibe, but with a comic, and I can see how the visual style could be incorporated into part of the story. Other than that I can't really give an opinion since I've learned over the years that it's not about the story you tell, but how you tell it that matters most. You could have the shittiest story on paper, but if it's presented well people will eat it up.
That being said, I would totally check it out! I love having new comics to read!
Anyways, take care of yourself, stranger! Public forums can be a stressful place, especially if you don't have experience with them, or have neurotypical disorder.
If you would like (and you have a Discord account), there is a server that is super positive where you can discuss your comic premise without unsolicited critique. The server is somewhat private being open to only lgbt+ folks, it is run by Support Webcomics, both the owners have webcomics here on Tapas (Beanie and Catuallie) and you can DM one of them to give you an invite.
That is if you want to, of course! Sometimes it's nice to have a place to just talk about your work.
