Line Webtoon messing with views?

Hi guys!

We've discovered this strange bug with views on Webtoon yesterday.

You think they can change stats like views, subs, etc, on some series to buff or debuff it?

Nearly everyone has this issue so I highly doubt its some conspiracy of them trying to push certain series', especially when the thing that determines the rankings is likes. Views just mean more ad revenue. I dont think theyre going to shell out for this buggy ad rev though lol, or theyre gonna owe a looot of money

I think most creators had this yesterday! We thought that it's maybe the number of total views (since 1st upload) since it's such a huge number

Hmmmm mine would be higher then. I'm at 18 K or so, but my number was 15K

Oh ok, that's definitely weird! I have around 17k there and had 1,9m. written there, so that's why I assumed it should be that. Probably it's just random numbers then?

I thought this looked weird when I logged on to see the stats. Good to know that it's a bug of sorts.

I just checked the stats again and they fixed it

It's most likely just Eventual Consistency rearing it's ugly Computer Science head. Don't stress it's normal on the internet like when a tweet bounces around the wrong number of likes and retweets.
