Logically what super powers can a human really have without causing serious damage to themselves whenever they use it?

Everyone wants the power to shoot fire but realistically you'd also need to have the power to be fire resistant both inside and out, which made me think are there any super powers that could actually work with real world logic without having to have some kind of stabilising power alongside it.
Have a go, the cooler the better and if you do happen to know some sciencey bits behind it, even better!

The ability to perfectly copy movements and actions for instant expertise at physical tasks like crafting, writing, playing instruments, swordmanship, etc......

That combined with perfect memory and you would become taskmaster.

Taskmaster's abilities are perfect. I think that's the power every wants. You watch someone on TV and then boom. You have their skills.

That said, there are people called "Savants" who can do absurd stuff (btw sick name).... atlhough the ones I know about got their abilities from injuries. I remember this one guy getting hit on the head after drinking his sorrows away (he got fired) and all of the sudden he started seeing the world in these shapes. He became a scientist because he saw the world in a new way, solving equations and all that.

Another one is this guy who was in an accident and ended up becoming this talented musician able to replay music whenever he hears a song once.

Another one i think it would work would be some lizard-like regeneration.

I don't know the exact mechanics of it, but lizards can regrow their tail over 6 months to a year.

Hmm, telepathy might be nice, or like an alchemy power. (Like FMA) it just requires knowledge.

Maybe something like the Mobius chair, that's essentially a universe base google, would work, since even batman used it.

Being able to perfectly imitate other people's voices; the pitch, tone and their accent, would be a pretty sweet ability with basically no drawbacks. Also you'd be an amazing singer.

Being able to see some way into the infra-red end of the electromagnetic spectrum like some animals can would give a person the ability to see heat, allowing them to spot living things at night and perceive things about a person's physical and emotional state, so that'd be pretty cool.

Being able to twist your body in air to always land in an optimal position to avoid injury like a cat.

The ability to throw things with perfect accuracy due to an innate sense of the weight and aerodynamics of any object you hold.

Being able to sense magnetic north like a pigeon.

Adding to this.....bending or creating anything that is not directly harmful on a close proximity.....

Like water, rocks, some metals or even creating and controlling some living creatures.........

Ooh, here's a cool one that would actually help you avoid harm... being able to tell, just by smelling, the chemical composition of things.
.....Unsure how this would affect your ability to enjoy food though...

Being able to accurately estimate any distance or circumference you can see in cm or even mm would be awesome.

The ability to instantly fall asleep at will for an exact amount of desired time. Now there's a useful super-power.

Oh and... fun one! Being able to understand the meaning of all animal body language and noises!

Just increased senses would be sweet. Like daredevil.
Some people actually have incredible smell, and can smell sicknesses.
Or some blind people that can use echo location.

Healing/White Magic. It's whole point it to be helpful.

But I guess you could write a story where someone using their power to heal others might bring pain to themselves. You could have an interesting commentary about people who neglect self-care when they always put other's needs before them or how someone feels pressured by society to keep using their powers even if they know it might be hurting/killing themself to do it.

Humans can do something similar although it's not as impressive. We can grow back our fingertips.

Not needing to eat, drink, or sleep, and shortly being unable to get tired.

That does need a secondary power though - white magic needs to know when to stop healing or you're at constant risk of giving instant cancer.

None of them, unless they can regenerate what ever gets damaged. I would say flight with the ability to control how they land on the ground. Yes regenerate would be necessary for the super human who can travel through multiverses at will.
