I believe you should probably think about this more carefully.
If payment is not an option, what can you offer an artist in exchange of their time and abilities? What can you provide for them to be entertained enough in your project and not drop it for better opportunities?
Is there a comic script ready? Or a storyboard in stick figures? Or is the artist going to also have to read your novel and arrange things like flow, panneling, shots and similar on their own?
What do you mean by Long Term? Is something realistic or something far fetched?
Proper amount of panels per episode, and an approximate amount of episodes for the series
A collaboration is a goal born within two individual's shared interest, if this is your idea, your world, your characters, your story, your vision, then the other person is not a collaborator, is a means to an end.
Leaving that aside and checking out your series superficially (Not the chapters, just Info section), at least on Tapas, it seems that they are extremely new, both created around July and August of this year, publishing new chapters every 3 days or similar, some even less... I believe that you should have a better breathable schedule, limiting to chapters to once a week, to promote your work be it in the forum or different social media platforms, writer communities and such. (I also recommend building a proper profile, since avatar-less accounts are usually considered sketchy, as well to avoid using artwork that is not of your property in your novel, that could be considered a copyright or intellectual property violation)
I would recommend to work on your series as it is for now, a Novel. To build a fanbase for it, to gain readers, make your series grow, and probably you'll receive some support that you could save to properly hire an artist. Try reaching out for advice from other Writers in here, as I believe there are some mistakes in your grammar, spelling, and some other things that you could enhance first.
