You were attacked and not treated fairly in the beginning instead of "Oh, hey, we'd like some more information." I gave you a better example of what to post in my first For all I knew you were some kid who just wanted to jump into things. I've seen how weirdly hostile some communities get with newbies for not picking up everything off the bat.
THAT SAID, I wasn't attacking you because of your diploma, I was criticising your treatment of your diploma like it's some magic ticket that excuses your poor behavior. Yes, by all means, open with that, tell us more about you, what projects you've worked on, but the mention of your diploma after the hostile sniping doesn't absolve you from acting like a jackass, your majesty. This is not how the real world works. No one cares if you donated $5 bucks at Whole Foods after cutting a family off to get a parking space. No one is interested in moody jerks who think their talent or credentials excuses them from acting like a basic human being when looking to work together for a mutual benefit.
Yeah, I know it sounds a little odd, but to some around this industry and circles treat collaboration and commission as synonyms. If you want people to be interested in a 50/50 shared world (and not everyone is. Some artists are more comfortable being handed a script and let them have at it) then you have to make it clear in the first post.
But you did not.
And if your behavior is any indication of how you act anywhere else, you can use those big bucks you got from your degree to hire someone to put in the hard work to make your very own comic and find some talent with the patience of a saint that might overlook your demeanor and obstinance to get the job done.
The talent here is not your personal army of art monkeys and this stuff takes time, energy and creativity. If you find a partner who wants to see it happen, or who needs a good writer and you show them that you can be one, then it tends to be a fair trade or some kind of deal where there's a token exchange.
