I think you misunderstood, if it takes me 6 hours to write a chapter, then it would be 2 more hours of work per chapter for the person. i set goals and promise my readers things and dont liek to let them donw
The only chapters that have been edited are form 138 Onwards. As at first i had no money. it was just me doing everything on my own.

I hate to break it to you, but even in the opening paragraphs of each chapter that I can see post-138, there's grammatical errors and typos. Your editor isn't doing their job.
Webnovel being a content mill that under pays it's creators and that puts them under terrible pressure to keep grinding out content for pennies isn't anything new to most people here. They just find it morally reprehensible, and find that using Webnovel's bad business practices to justify your own unethical stance on paying people is also reprehnsible.
They don;t under pay people, its a site where oyu earn what you make same as tapas. you get 50 percent of locked chapters I belive tapas is the same.

There is no requirment to write chapters or post daily at all written in the contract.
Where people get confused is they offer something to help new authors but you are nto required to do it.
If you update 1,500 words per day for the whole month they will pay you a minmum of 200 dollers.
But if you amde more sales then these thats fine. And if you only uplaod once a week and make more then this its fine. i think thats where people get confused, because ovbisoley 200 for 1,500 words a day isnt a lot.

Webnovel literally is the 'WRITERS BEWARE' of webserialisation. They are rights grabby, they underpay, they have terrible conditions. There is nothing to recommend them. Don't simp for exploitation, jesus.

Qidian is the Chinese version of webnovel. WEBNOVEL is even blocked in china because they don't follow the same rules.
and they read the ocntract without getting a lawyer to calrify everything first and then relise tis actulley the same as nealry every contract out there.
There is even the option to sighn non exlcusive so you can ost your work anywhere you want.
As i said there is no where in the ocntract stated that you have t write a minum amount you can write and pst whenever you want.
If oyu want to get thier small amount of Guarentee money then yes you have to write a lot.
There is a wattpadd author who recently moved her works over to webnovel. She has two completed books and only 60 chapters for both of them. And is earning 20k per month on them at the moment
I think people forget about tax, in my country 45 percent of that goes to tax and on top of what i already pay people.
I can't. I'm under contract with Tapas and on an NDA about contract clauses. I can tell you they are 100% a world away from Webnovel ones and centre creator's rights and needs above all else though.
Having seen contracts from all the other very large web novel platforms and a few trad publishing, I can say that this is absolutely 100% false. There are clauses in there that Tapas, Wattpad, Radish etc. would never.
