Looking for English to Korean Translator, maybe more (Unpaid)

Hello. I am a writer who is currently working on a series which I cannot discuss much details about hahahah. But as the title suggests, korean language plays a massive role to it. I made a story that involves the korean language but I know absolutely nothing about it hahahah. I am hoping that someone might want to help me with my story. I am broke af therefore I will not be able to do transaction type things.

I use google translate about this but its accuracy, i have trust issues about it.

For schedule, no precise dates or time. I use the korean language as the story progresses. So... I'm not quite sure if that's a pro or a con.

Anyway, I hope you could help me in my project even though I will not be able to do anything in return aside from being absolutely thankful to you for helping me put my ideas into action (if ever you were to help). That is all. thank you.

I won't be able to help with full translations but if you need advice on certain things you can pm me!

But just warning you, it won't be easy to make a story with korean just using a translator, especially if you know nothing about the language. Maybe try studying it for a bit before writing? Korean is very different from English in terms of flow, speech, diction, etc.

And rather than google translate, try Papago, it's more accurate. I've seen google translate be like: shit! -> 똥 (poo) which can come out weird depending on the situation.

right- right. my story isnt really heavily based on Korea. Uhm for a bit context: only couple of characters are i guess do have some korean blood in them, therefore i guess, them knowing a lil bit of that language is kinda like expected or even anticipated.

but anyway, would it be ok to ask you (via dm) to translate english to korean? hahahah

Only short phrases at most or if you have any questions on the culture/etc.

I don't have the time to translate anything longer than a few sentences and I'm not really getting compensated for doing it either.
