Name: Don
Tapastic: Atonement
Country: United States (Ohio)
Gender: Male
Age: 32
Likes: Live theatre, great television, western RPGs (Mass Effect, Dragon Age, The Witcher series, etc), D&D, oldschool and newschool adventure games (King's Quest, Quest for Glory, Telltale Games, etc), Texas Hold'em, Conan the Barbarian, good cocktails, craft beers, seafood, the beach, human beings (most of the time).
Hobbies: Writing, reading, designing games, acting, singing, bartending! Storytelling in all mediums is sort of my life-long obsession. One half of my family is Native American, and I was raised to value the power and tradition of stories ... and it's just sort of stuck with me in everything that I do.
Fandoms/TV Shows: LOST, The Leftovers, The Americans, The Expanse, Game of Thrones, Mr. Robot, The Walking Dead, True Detective, The Killing, Fargo, The Flash, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Firefly, Dollhouse, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Archer, The Office, Arrested Development, @Midnight with Chris Hardwick ... and then the Netflix Originals that I'm addicted to: House of Cards, Orange is the New Black, Bloodline, Sense8, The Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Bojack Horseman, Master of None ...
And more, probably. There is a lot of incredible storytelling on television, especially a lot that's released in the past year or two, and much of it inspired by science fiction novels and comic books!
Music: The Doors, Muse, Radiohead, David Bowie, Queen ... those are my favorites. Listing all of the bands that I dig would take forever, but I tend to enjoy older punk rock, classic rock from the 60s-80s, the early crop of Indie Rock from around 2000, reggae, grim and depressing accoustic folk, even the most terrible things from the 90s, musical theatre ... and everything that happened on the Romeo & Juliet and Guardians of the Galaxy soundtracks.

Job: I'm a Resident Playwright and actor for the largest resident theatre company in America -- and I also bartend a few nights a week. This year, I'm working hard to take my comic writing and game design passion and try to see if I can't break into those businesses in a way that might show me that I can make a career with them.
