Synopsis:

On a vacation to Barcelona, George and Dylan spend a life-changing three days together, six months later after a surprise move to the US, the two become closer than before.

But now, away from the freeing sands of Barcelona real life has to continue and the pair must learn to grow together, through the hardships of school, self-identity, life, and love.

Posting more and more and more threads where people post links to their novels is not going to help anyone: all it will do is congest the Novels forum category with identical copies of the same thread, and make it harder for readers to take the authors seriously.

That's why I started the 3 Things About the Novel Above You thread. If we're gonna have so many of these threads, they each need to do something different. Think of ways to get authors to engage each other AND share their work.

It's really hard to get people to sit down and read for obvious reasons: It takes up a lot of mental resources and time. I think all it takes to get someone into a story is for them to have an hour of silence to read a few chapters. I've actually just forced myself to set aside an hour or two each day to make time to read the stories I've subbed to and leave them nice comments <3. It's actually pretty fun.

Anyway, here's mine. It's a story about an anthropomorphic moth princess who gets rescued by a templar instead of a prince and her life takes many unexpected turns.

Is this post still kicking? Cause I have one that has a few episodes you can read through if you enjoy fantasy and slice of life with an odd town and shape-shifting protagonist that seems to find something to do with the citizens of the area.

Summary: After his parents were murdered by the hands of three Assistants—intelligent, empathetic androids that have replaced most humans in the workplace—23-year-old Ian Starke swore to himself that he would never make the mistake of trusting another machine.

During a night of drinking his sorrows away, Ian gets involved in a street fight soon stopped by Gilbert—a newbie cop who also happens to be an Assistant. As Gilbert lets the other party leave, Ian assumes his arrest is imminent. However, his new acquaintance seems to have other plans in mind. For when Gilbert finally releases him: he treats Ian to breakfast instead of locking him behind bars.

Little could Ian predict that agreeing to pancakes would get him dragged into adventures he’d never thought possible as he and Gilbert learn put their differences aside and work together to solve a case close to Ian’s heart.
