My 50th Doodle!

So I just posted episode 50 of Working Doodles. In this episode I tried to include a little bit of everything I've done so far. What does everyone think? Has anyone else done a special episode like this on a landmark episode/issue/page/chapter/anniversary?

50 is a good one! It's a milestone, and a good one to share because if people haven't heard of the comic, it's not very hard to catch up that amount of pages!

I find that episode 100 is the biggest milestone... although when it came up in In Our Shadow it was a fairly anticlimactic part of the story so the stars didn't align there... should have retroactively designed the story to climax at page 100. Maybe next time!

I guess it's not quite as big an event with a story driven comic, unless you were to interrupt the story part way through with a big image. Or you could always just add a little image to the bottom of your page.
