I actually did get tricked by an AI artist on fiverr orgionally, which is why I ended up going to an artist on the tapas discord who is known and trusted by the community. I highly recommend her, she ended up doing both my covers for a more than fair price. If OP wants to get a new one that is tapas approved I suggest looking there
