When people are trying to interest others in reading their new novel or comic, why don't they tell us something about the story? Something to convince us that maybe it's the kind of story we'll like. But more often than not, they don't.
You wrote that you hope we'll give your work a chance, but then you didn't even try to tease us into going to look at it. Your work deserves a better chance at success, doesn't it? Sure it does! Tell us about it.
