Since it can be somewhat difficult for less known webcomics to promote when a new page has been posted to their webcomic, or get recognized on the Tapastic main page, maybe we can use this forum topic as a way to shout out, "Hey, a new addition to my webcomic is up, yo!"

For example, when I first started my webcomic on Tapastic, a thumbnail was posted to the main page under "New & Noteworthy". That really helped generate readers but once my comic was no longer on the main page my comic has fallen a bit into obscurity. So maybe this can be our "New & Noteworthy" for the lesser-knowns.

And to kick it off, just yesterday I posted a new page to my series Oops Comic Adventure21. I'm looking for constructive feedback on my comic, so please let me know what you think.

Hi! Your art skill is great as it is, but in my own personal opinion, it is too divided into black and white, so it gives off a very strong impact. I think more grey tone for far objects and scene would sooth eyes. What do you think? (in reply to @CyndiFoster)

Thanks for the feedback. I can see what you mean. We originally made the comic straight black and white because it was cheaper to print the books that way, but now that we have a new company printing our books we're slowly starting to incorporate a few greys tones in. Especially, with the magic scenes in issue 3. Eventually, I want to get back in and color all the pages but that probably won't happen for a while. Coloring is some HARD work, yo! lol (in reply to @hannahvbel)

Thanks for adding links to your newly updated pages, guys! It would have been weird if I was the only one. wink

Nice comic and nice Idea about the new and noteworthy popularity struggle.
Here's my comic series that I constantly update every so often that I started some days ago that was never on the "new and noteworthy" section to my belief.
The Preney Life10

How obscure is an obscure comic in your opinion? Should it have under a certain number of subscribers? Before you answer, I'm going to plug my comic anyway.

Spoiler alert: It's a dark superhero comedy!

I'm going to try to become more participant in the Forum. I think this topic is a good place to start!

I posted three new pages to chapter 3 of my comic today! http://tapastic.com/episode/779134

My comic is The Lessfortunate Beings, it has 45 subscribers and 1.6K views! It's about a cat who lost her memories in a freak monster attack! She gets named Ebee by her new stray cat friend Quince. After 12 months pass, a strange creature comes and tells her she's not a cat at all and that she's causing everyone bad luck! If she's not a cat, then what is she? She will continue to learn about what and who she is, and remember what she's forgotten as the story progresses. If that sounds interesting to you, please give it a look! Just keep in mind my art ability and style has changed a lot since I started this comic! smile

Perfect~ Great idea Cyndi, I certainly know due to making a bit of a mess up when I first started uploading I'm not sure if I ever really ever even appeared on New and Noteworthy. frowning

But about an hour ago I uploaded a new page to my comic Starry Day3!
