Hello all. I'm Spudfuzz. I just joined here after I saw other webcomic artists had tapastic accounts, figured it was the thing to do. I have a one shot comic I just started with my boyfriend (he writes, I draw) called Bumbleberry Pie to get my feet wet and figure out how comics even work let alone what style I want to go for. Uhh so yeah. Any general advice for starting out is appreciated.

as long as you update consistently you'll do fine (doesn't even have to be often....some people only update once a month but they do it on the same day of each month so their readers know when to expect the next update). You have gorgeous art and though it's to soon to tell I'm betting that with as much effort you put into the art it won't be a lame kind of story

Haha thanks, well we're definitely trying. The writer (Terraset) in hindsight believes it to be not as good as he thought it was at the beginning but at the same time for a short story we think it works. Personally I don't see anything wrong with it given it's just 'a day in the life of' type of thing. But given the feedback so far he's inspired to try harder on the next one. My advice to get started is to make comics!!!!!............that's all I got.

Anyways, your comic looks pretty good and forest-y and pie-like.....it's good.
