I have a few things I'd like to know about premium. As well as somethings about popular and trending.

This is stuff I think that's really helpful for new creators (and it covers a lot of things that get asked over and over again in the forums). I remember when I first started posting here I was hella lost for like a month. Something that might be nice to add in is how to plan for animated gifs in your comic--like file size and restrictions and stuff like that.

Thank you so much!! This'll be really helpful to newbies like myself ^^

Whelp, its gonna take the courage to read an Article, only a hero that is brave enough to do that and THAT IS someone completely different than I....

Hello. I am new to this Forum and Community and am trying to start a novel. However, I had a few doubts... while starting a new novel, it asks for a link to my thumbnail picture... what is that?

A thumbnail picture is kind of like your second book cover. Basically, they're pictures that would represent your novel. When starting up a novel, you need at least a thumbnail and a book cover, and I think the others are optional. You also need thumbnails for your novel's chapters/episodes. However, you don't just upload a picture that easily, your pictures need certain sizes and dimensions for uploading. You can make your own thumbnails and covers in Canva, too! I was also confused while making them, but I've gotten the hang of it! My novel is also quite new, sooo...

I'm sorry if I wasn't able to clarify everything up, I'm not an admin or a Tapas staff member, so if I've said something that's not quite right, feel free to correct me!

This is really helpful! I appreciated the tip regarding font legibility if you're a comic creator using a page format. (That's me. I'm stubborn, I personally prefer reading in page format, and I want to print my comic eventually.)

I've been checking all of my pages on an iPhone X, which has a skinny screen by modern smartphone standards, to make sure everything can be read. It's nowhere near as nice as reading it on a tablet, but the font I chose is just big and clear enough to make it an ok experience.
