I just recently joined Tapastic and I'm totally new at making comics, posting art online, etc. I'm not looking to critique anyone's work, I'd just really love to see some more fantasy comics! If you don't have many subscribers, feel free to share here and don't feel like you're shamelessly promoting; I really am interested! I've always loved reading webcomics and am constantly looking for more to enjoy c:

My comic is about a regular college student accidentally unleashing an ancient Guardian who is . . . sort of less than extraordinary. Everything is completely hand drawn I really like hand drawn comics, so feel free to share those too if you've got any!! Check out The Great Guardian Ozriel if you're interested!

Hi I'm new here too, although I've been making comics and posting them online for a while. This is my second day of figuring out the world of Tapastic, and it definitely feels like becoming a little fish in a big pond!

I write short (ish) fantasy comics. My first one, which is complete and has a read time of about 15/20 minutes, is called the Art of Monsters. It's a story set in Tang dynasty China about why you shouldn't teach sculpture to supernatural beings.
I'm uploading it on Tapastic here, but if you follow the links to the main site you can read the whole thing.

My second, ongoing comic is called Breaking the Lore, a deathbed confession from a grandmother to her grandson containing strange creatures, vanishing castles and disturbing implications for who and what he is. Its loosely based on an English folktale.

I'm uploading it here, but again you can follow through to the main site to read more because the Tapastic version isn't caught up with the main site yet.

(They're not hand drawn... well, I draw them with my hands, but using a graphics tablet! My aim is always to mimic traditional media though.)

My comic is Warriors of Matrimony it is about the countries of Camgon, a patriarch society and Saron, a matriarchal land have always lived side by side and have agreed to work in harmony for the time being. Saron holds the power of Design, the unique ability that allows its people to create whatever they engineer in their heads. Camgon on the other hand has a mysterious power of its own, however was lost.

Kalich, a Camgonian soldier lives seemly happily with his wife and daughter until Captain Xia of Saron comes to reveal the truth about Annala, Kalich’s wife’s true mission. Things only become worse when he demands she returns home and kidnaps their daughter in a plot to please Colonel Lei, Annala’s mother. Now Kalich and Annala must go to Saron in order to save their daughter, but they aren’t the only ones after her.

I like your drawing style, it definitely is unique! Will be keeping an eye on your story.

If we're talking about fantasy comics, Another Dragon Tale would fit just right into this category. The story is pretty much a twist on the usual 'knight rescues damsel in distress from the terrifying dragon'. If you'll give it a shot, you'll see what I'm talking about with the 'twist'. The story is still at the beginning though.

Fantasy is one of the things I love making myself and I'm happy to be able to start up my very first comic in it too!

Trainwreck is just starting out but the idea of it is pretty neat I'd say! Its about a newborn demon just starting out in the world while being shown the ropes by a fellow demon who is the conductor to a train that takes the departed souls to the various realms of the afterlife! Though there's a bunch of twists and turns that make things go a little off the tracks for everyone!

I do a fantasy comic as well so I'll throw that in too! :> Runewriters is a story about a shy deaf girl helping her magical friend deal with some, uh, shapechanger problems. Also contains dragons, weird lovecraftian monsters, and an eternally unamused necromancer.
