@bear1 I was wondering if your comic was a gag/autobiographical type of comic. Yeah, how my readers tackle pages varies a bit. Some wait for a few weeks to a few month, then binge read. Some go back to reread a few pages, then check out the latest update. Some take a few days to prepare, mostly if the thumbnail says 'NSFW', before they jump in.
I also update at night (2100/900pm US MT), so most of my activity starts the next day.
If there's anything I can say, so far I've been spoiled with very patient readers. Haven't gotten any complaints about my schedule or pacing yet, but I noticed people are a little more forgiving with traditional medium comics. My sub count normally fluctuates between 10-20 throughout the week, out of the subs I lose in that time I usually gain a total of 5-10 altogether until the next update.
Agreed, I'm sure our audiences are totally different from one another, so the nature of our activity probably won't be the same. It's pretty cool seeing how it all works for other creators.
@Zugaikotsu Oh, people get sooo upset over the silliest things on Youtube, it's hilarious. I follow this really sassy let's player who sarcastically corrects himself, or says something snarky when he thinks he may have pronounced something wrong, causing a fan to "correct" him in the comment section. They both end up making a game of it with everyone "correcting" him out of irony.
Meh, sure, if you want. It's a pretty slow-burn slice of life, and there really are a couple of uncomfortable scenes in there, so don't worry if you can't get into it. The first chapter and a half is also a little hard to read, I was still pretty new to legible lettering at the time.
Edit: If you do end up leaving a comment, sorry if I don't find it. I kinda gave up on keeping track since there's no notification system. <_<
