No Notifications of Replies on the Forums

I don't know if this is a tech problem or a new feature, but I noticed lately that I do not get notifications if someone replies to any comments I make. I won't know until I revisit the thread and even then, any replies I get don't even say "replying to ButterflyEmpress". The only reason I know, is that the person is clearly responding to something I said. Same thing applies to being quoted or @-ed.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

This has been an ongoing issue since the last outage/forums update so functions on the site have been near broken so unless you're actively keeping track of threads you've replied to or double check things like messages then it's guaranteed something will be missed.

I recall it being mentioned that site staff or forum moderators were made aware of the issue but I'm not sure if any of the known issues have been resolved

I've been wondering if it's to due with what plan the forums are on via discus or what version is being used but hopefully some kind of workaround or fix comes soon

Oh ok so it's been going on for awhile. I haven't been that active in the forums lately so I thought it was something new.

Same. Been seeing that messages from people I talk to irregularly were not being announced to me as they were in the past. I'd wondered if it was a settings problem unique to me, but lately I'm hearing that others were having the problem, too.
