This looks really cool! I'll definitely have to put it on my to read list.
And OH BOY do I have some weapons for you! My comic Seven Stars Silver Clouds(7SSC) takes place in the world of Elemental where the Demon Hunter Corps resides. The goal of the DHC is to basically be interdimensional mercenaries/cops/etc. Each DHC member has a signature weapon that they wield on the field.
The most unique main weapons in the series are James's Litellum and Harrison's Light Construction Gloves.
Litellum is a fancy made up word I created to basically make the idea of a gun-knife sound less....gun-knifey lol. The lore is that in the ancient days, the Litellum was a bow and arrow with a secret flexible blade hidden inside that you can pull out when you're suddenly in close combat quarters. The modern day Litellum that James uses is a hand gun that turns into a knife when you flick the switch. The Litellum is also unique in that it doesn't use manmade bullets, but magical ones that are created from life force siphoned by the knife part.
The Light Construction Gloves are basically what they sound like. Basically you can use them to create any sort of material you want from a sword, a gun, a crowbar, and Harrison has even learned how to make a whole motorcycle with the gloves! The biggest limitation however is that the gloves run on this magical "ink", so once you run out of this ink you can't make anything else.
I have an episode that runs down who the rest of the main characters are and their abilities if you want to read an in depth summary about them! If you like action packed shonen manga, then I think you'd enjoy reading my comic :)) but no pressure if its not your thing!
