One by Wacom is cheap material. If you wanted a good screen tablet that's affordable, try looking into a XP pen.
But as a word of advice, if its your FIRST tablet, I'd suggest go cheaper for practice sake until you get betters.
A wacom intuos small should be decent enough to start you off and it will pay off in the long run with how resistant you are. If you think you can improve within time you should upgrade to a bigger intuos, anything WACOM imo is my preferred tech since most of my WACOM products last for a long time.
