Pirating / Scanlation FB Page uploading Tapas & Webtoon comics

Hi, fellow Webcomicartists!
It has come to my attention, that there's a Facebook Page that translated and uploads Tapas & Webtoons Comics into Mongolian and uploading the content on their Page without asking or (mostly also without) informing the author.

I found my own work on there because they accidentally (?) tagged me and told them to take down the comic.
Although they did, they were complete assholes about the whole thing and even tried circumventing their site getting reported by taking it down for a day.

There's a lot more webtoons on their site, so especially if you're a yaoi comicartist, better check out their gallery folders for your work(s):

And report them for either nudity or intellectual property infringement (only works if your work is still up on their site).

I can't tell if they're getting any Premium Tapas works, but some of them are familiar. Might be worth giving staff a ping since distributing those comics is even more serious. @ratique

From what I've gathered, this kind of stealing and done on other sites (though usually it's just scanalations but has happened to works done by yaoi artists creating what amounts to Visual Novels, and those stories and images being ripped off and released either for a lesser fee than the original artists stuff [usually stuff locked behind Patreon walls or Kickstarter walls]). [The group behind the Black Monkey Pro works for example, is one that has largely either quit or has gone severely underground due to this kind of stealing and profiting off their stolen works.]

Likely if Tapas is having any Premium work, or their new Mature section, having anything.... heart warming or sexually dicey and lovely to look at - the more likely it'll be ripped.

Wow, sad for the content creators getting ripped off, but also sad for the Mongolians who just wanted some comics in their native language. I can't imagine there is much officially translated stuff in Mongolian... Maybe one of the fan translators here can work officially with some comics someday.
