Love Xiaolin's meaning 'little lotus' and Long is a classic. I love the retro action/ fantasy feel of your characters and the names suit it perfectly and seems to relate to your plot. I enjoy doing the same Moriarty (Irish) 'skilled navigator' : there are some pirate themes and they come form a fishing village and Xun (mandarin) 'to enquire' and 'swift' he's the most inquisitive n his liquid limbs r swift

@Stargazer31 thanks my friend Gretadottir is interesting the names of former generations fuse to become the surname for the next generation, my maternal grandfather (Trinidadian, East-Indian) followed a slightly similar pattern.
Awesome name choice, always loved the name Gunhild/ Gunnhildr, had named the mcs town after the name.
