@Rattlecake ahh thank you!! i like slice-of-life vibes that don't take themselves too seriously and romance is nice, but shouldn't be the main focus/end-goal. it can be a little weak on its own, so i figured adding a mystery or fantasy element would spice things up and give the plot some direction / the characters something to do. i wonder if this is too specific haha i'll be considering all the submissions i receive, in any case !
@Arvo aw thanks! i was leaning towards that kind of setting too. & sure ! the prompts are just there to give you an idea of what i'm into & serve as suggestions to inspire you :^) i can work off of novels/fics (an old example from 2016), but it translates a little awkwardly into comic form since i'm not sure which parts should be drawn or not. some description/narration might be omitted from the final cut, so this could be discouraging for a novelist who treasures each word they write. in that sense, scripts would be more efficient. i wouldn't turn down a well-written novel though!!! these are just some things to consider
