But it's only the scaling of material that seems affected. Even though they should have the same properties as default objects. I can export scale everything else without getting jagged lines. (Also I really don't want to use PS, because I can't afford it anymore.

I found a workaround. I need to save a copy as PNG, then change Image resolution. That will make the lines smooth. So guess I can't use the export anymore. Don't really understand the mechanics here. Thanks for your help @anim8or2000
