This is going to be my last Candy Crew chibi for awhile and we end with Tootie Frutti. She's used to be close with Kandi, but now she's kind of an outcast. No one really wants to deal with her cuz she's kinda shallow, and rude, and selfish, and egotistical, etc. Unlike Kandi, she doesn't need those glasses, I wonder why she started wearing them and that off the shoulder shirt? Hmm?

It could be mental issues, I haven't fleshed out the character to that extent. Mainly, she's just copying Kandi's style in subtle ways. And thanks!
