Agent Flower and Agent Lime 
basically their organization is a bit evil and brainwashed Flower into forgetting his name. Lime was born at the agency so he never had a real name. They use suit patterns as identification. A lot more fun than giving them numbers, right?
Later on in the story the agency is dissolved and Flower finds out his name used to be Felix, but he doesn’t use it. Lime decides to give himself his own name and chooses Icarus. (This has no particular meaning I think I was just listening to the Bastille song “Icarus” one day and thought it was a good name. Maybe Lime’s dad used to tell him the story of Icarus or something.)
