It literally took me 15 minutes to figure it out after skimming over a Youtube tutorial.
Mind you, I did have some experience with animating photoshop
Once you learn Keyframes and tweening, you're good to go.

He's pretty useless and angsty the begin with - but stick with it! The next few episodes are a turning point in the story (and his character development).
