Not only is Nives really tall, I’ve started reducing the average height of people. It really makes her stand out.

I’m getting better at drawing crowds, but I can stop myself from creating unique designs and a basic backstory for every throwaway character. Also I Tried something different for creating the buttons on Nives’ outfit, that should save me time and deliver more consistent results.

WIP of the next chapter of The Silent Tide What do you think?

Cassian tracked his movements, eyes narrowing. "Then explain. Tell me why I should trust you when you won’t even look me in the eye and give me a straight answer."

Thorne let out a sharp, humourless laugh. "Trust?" He turned, leaning against the table, his hands gripping the edge. "You think trust is something you demand and just get?"

Cassian scoffed. "Don’t talk to me about trust when you’re the one who—"

Thorne moved fast. Too fast.

In one fluid motion, he pushed off the table and closed the space between them, grabbing Cassian by the collar of his shirt. Cassian barely had time to react before his back met the wooden beam behind him. His pulse kicked up, but he refused to let it show.

"Careful," Thorne murmured, voice low, dangerous.

Cassian smirked, despite himself. "There you are."

Thorne’s grip tightened before he released him with a shove. "You have no idea what you’re asking for," he muttered, turning away.

Finished the inks on the piece...starting colors

Been working on some animations but can't yet show them... I intend to finish them though.

I also have some parts of my comic finished and others in progress atm. Been hiatus'ing on the comic lately since I've been working harder on the novel of Soul Stasis overall.

tiny snippet of new pages of comic:

of course despite it being colored it still needs to be edited to correct proportions.

Chapter five is in progress. The current situation is extremely good, it should be the most satisfying chapter so far. I'm satisfied with most of the pages.

Miko and Darius emerge from the temple, only to find their world reduced to ashes. The survivors' camp—once bustling with life—is now a graveyard of burned ruins and chewed remains. As Miko stares into the lifeless eyes of a lost friend, guilt consumes her. She was supposed to fix things… but did she cause this? As Darius uncovers a shocking truth about the massacre, Miko teeters on the edge of despair. Can they rebuild, or has all hope turned to dust?

New Episode

Dunno what to call this expression, but this is Ian’s current mood.

Trying out some new digital brushes for coloring this piece!

@ArtGremlin It looks like when you take a sharp inhale when something makes you cringe really bad :sob: he’s like internally saying “yikes” to something. I love the expression whatever he’s doing though, I think it’s funny.

I think I’ll have this episode done sometime this or next week. Then we’ll get to see what he’s cringing about  :sparkles:

Oh man I need to work on butter bee :sob: looking forward to the new episode tho!

Sorry if this is a lot, my eager self is trying to gain some courage in posting words (a novel) soon...
For now, more pictures...

Another character in my wip novel, Striker, a chicken-hawk.

And Gallin, my main average-guy-turned-hero...

(I just realized I forgot his rooster tail...oops...)

And some more illustrations!
(prologue)

(chapter1)

(chapter 2 along with my process...)

Couldn't decide on whether I wanted to do black and white, full color or screen-tone, so I combined it all into one big eyesore! Still need to work on the screen tones to reduce the moire effect on some parts, but I'm still happy with how it looks atm.

I'm almost finished with the first four/five chapters (writing and illustrations) so the next step is just get a little feedback on the cover (not here, I'll make a thread) and upload this thing officially for more opinions (that is, if I don't chicken out first...)

When people tell you your boyfriend is your boyfriend, but you aren't aware of the fact that he's your boyfriend yet.

A WIP

Slowly chipping away at this panel

This is not my comic, but a recent illustration commission I received. Because I really hate drawing line art, I just colored directly from the sketch like this.
