Just finished the logo/design project I've been working on the past few weeks...

when you have the hubris to just start the inking process and then you get a few panels in and you're like wait i actually can't do this

I'm currently working on a future arc for my one-year anniversary (Jan). It's mega chunky, so I can't show all of it, but I will take the opportunity to show off my most--unhelpful expressions.

I mean, I know I'm a sloppy drafter, but these faces...I CAN'T BREATHE!

Hmm, suspississs!

And my most clever MC, with his derpy face!

And one more from the leader of this clutch...

This is why I love storyboarding/drafting! XD

not me doing an animation after reaching this morning 101 subs! just so that a few hours ago go back to 99!

Been a while (Thank God for buffers!)

Image 36: Dion attacks Darion because Darion had just attacked a shapeshifter who was in human form (a big no-no). Preliminary inking and colouring done.

Slowly getting stuff done. Got the final inking and colouring done on the main scene, and have started working on the background. This one is an ambitious one, gonna be the toughest yet. Darion and Dionysius are fighting in front of a crowd of people, so naturally I have to draw a crowd of people.

The sketch:

Inking started

And how it looks so far with the main layer placed on top of it.

Late night drawing something for myself~

Not a rough sketch but I still gotta finish the background and shadows

Just sketching out the latest image for Finding Daecon's Way:

...And preliminary inking/colouring done

Thought I'd update ya'll on my fat Jan update, here's something out of context:

context: Three owls have visited the coop...

One of the images for Chapter 37 of Finding Daecon's Way is now under construction. The preliminary sketching (I reused the wolf from the last pic, since he has been hanging in mid air, motionless and under the effect of a spell Daecon cast on him):

First inking done:

Rough colours:

Final colours for the foreground:

Start of the background...

First stage of the parquet floor done:

Setting up for the second stage (making the alternating tiles transparent):

Second stage of floor done:

Background laid out and started (I copied & pasted the windows from one of my other scenes):

Textures, shadows, lighting, and magic added. And finished!

Some day I'll do a step-by-step of how I do my textures. Here's a hint: It's the hard way.
