Thank you! It's actually been a big challenge making the cast of a battle manga all female. I didn't really know much about drawing muscular female anatomy (usually stuck to the lanky "sailor moon" build on female character drawings), so I had to do a lot of research.

I just hope nobody looks at my history and thinks man this dude is REALLY into jacked cartoon girls. Its for research, I swear!

The image for chapter 29 of Finding Daecon's Way has started. I'm doing this in between driving nails for an addition I'm building onto my house. It's 32 degrees celsius outside, with humidex of 41, and my house is air conditioned, so not many nails are being driven right now. That's good for the drawings, not so good for the house....

Sketch: This is four of the characters (shapeshifters) flying toward the colony in a hurry, they're trying to head off a catastrophy. Clockwise from top right are Owen the Golden Eagle, Dion the Silver Raven, Jake the Blue Jay, and Arthur the Red Tailed Hawk

Very preliminary ink & some colour started (I am lucky, my husband has a bird feeder outside the window and there are currently eight million blue jays fighting over the seed)

Possibly (definitely) my most ambitious drawing yet. Ten characters on screen (the tenth hasn't been drawn yet), six of which are throwaway characters (all the guys in blue, the "guards") and one of which is making his debut in the story (the guy in purple, Darion, who is the main antagonist - he's been shown as a wolf but not in human form). Add to that the inside of the throne room, which also hasn't been shown yet.

Final colouring done on the foreground three characters and on the floor in the palace. Rough colouring done on the guards.

These are shapeshifters in the palace of their colony. The hair and skin tones of these people are all natural

As I said, this one was my most ambitious yet. The original image is 10k pixels wide. I had to reduce the holy hell out of it to post it on Tapas, of course, and lost most of the detail. I'm happy with the final result though:
