Maybe to a lot of you this isn't the worst, and maybe it isn't even the worst in failure or subject matter in comparison to everything else i've done, but to me it's the worst and i'll tell you why.

Because this was supposed to be made for someone. My art at the time is not at all as bad at this one in particular but I remember giving it to them and getting extremely held back bitter disappointment in return. It lives like a stain in my soul for ever and ever.

I feel like its so easy to dunk on my old art but Imma do it anyway. I think that some of my worst stuff was in my comic's first episode. Yes, the first thing people see of my series. It was made in 2019 and iiiitt shows. The main reason why I don't like it is because the inking really brings down any protentional the sketches had. Traditional inking has always been a weakness of mine, and the specific tool I was using (pen nibs) only served to drive home that cruch, amplifying it some places. Granted, its not the worst but I dont thin k I have the balls to share stuff I wish I never drew -_-

I know an obvious come back would to be redraw it but its part 1 of a first chapter I've drawing for 3 plus years and for my sanity I dont want to be 50ft of working on it after I finish it hopefully within the first half of this year

I don't have a lot from back in the day, I mostly drew creatures. But these are from 2008 and 2010. It's pretty embarrassing, lol. Zero understanding of anatomy masked by way too much detail.

I think these are really cool! They remind me of the stuff you'd see in medieval manuscripts. Like very skilled artist trying to draw an elephant based on description alone, it's fun! I think by focusing on realism we lose that sometimes. Besides, dragons aren't real, whose to say they weren't fucked up little guys?
