Hmm, I've done a bunch of these threads with the old versions of the TreasureHUNT characters, so I'm going to look at my upcoming series instead (even though it's only like 6 months old- but the designs have still come a ways!)
Noel:
This first image I drew before the comic before the D&D campaign had started (he's my character, so I wanted to draw him
Looking back at it though... it seems that I was still a little rusty from my art hiatus earlier this year
)
His design has remained similar but I tweaked and refined it as time went on. There was a time that his hair looked like this:

Then it changed to me more like this:
And finally I sat down and worked through his armor a little more recently. This drawing is pretty current:
Colletta:
This is how she initially appeared in the first comic strip. The most puzzling thing to me is how I drew her in a mage robe, but with no pants
I may edit the panels that show her legs before posting lmao.

After becoming more familiar with her character and learning more about her backstory, (as a relatively well known store owner and skilled craftswoman) I ended up putting her in a nicer suit jacket, slacks, and stylish block heels. Also made sure to equip her from here on with her tote bag full of weaving supplies:
Two:
His design has barely changed. I've refined a bit how I like to draw his hair but that's about it

Jaegen:
His clothing I've continued to develop as time has gone on, but looking at his older hair... I think I want to move back towards that, actually haha

Adoro:
Last but not least. His is another design that hasn't changed too too much. The last piece of the puzzle that I'm trying to work out for myself is how I want to represent his facial hair... so that's another thing that will likely change a time or two more throughout the comic lol. Who needs consistency??
