The shading is what sticks out to me the most! With the light streaming through the bus windows, the soft light coating the edges of everything it's facing looks super satisfying! I also love the way it brings the saturated tones of the colors! Like, the color scheme is beautifully soft, but the pops of color bring out the shading even more!

OOO! Can I just elaborate on how much I like the way you draw eyes? The shading from top to bottom giving it that lovely lovely shiny look, and especially how you could look at the eyes and eyebrows alone and know the mood/expression of the entire character, every time!

The intensity of this is VERY. VERY GOOD. The bright colors of the background, with simple patterns that convey the mood each of the characters sort of springing up in the middle is such a good touch! Plus how the lining and colors switch to the main themes of each of the characters? Awesome.

That COLOR PALETTE! I love how you kept all of the colors so vibrant, and how your shadows turn to blue? Literally so good. The sky of yellow to cyan, the greens, blues and tans in the clothes, mixed with the details in the background just really make me smile!

Oooooo, the style and the focus of this page? 100/10. John is right there in the thick of it, and how the page super zooms in on his face to show how Diego is just completely tunnel visioning on John is G E N I U S (I should try that one day). Plus, I like how in harmony the background is with the foreground. The foreground is still obviously what my eyes go to first, but it doesn't diminish how your style blends into it at all!

There are like, so many awesome things about this but what impresses me the most is how clear it looks while still appearing to be done in watercolor! Especially online that is one h a r d look to pull off and you did it so well that if I didn't have shoes on, my socks'd be knocked off!

The t e x t u r e with this one makes me so happy! I love how the foreground looks cleanly colored, and then underneath that, the eel-dragon that looks made out of stars, and then the character underneath it having a rough watercolor look to his coloring. Those texture differences are just like the true visual embodiment of chefs kiss
