Hey all, and happy weekend! I've been seeing a lot of promo threads about either posting your latest page or posting your first page of your latest chapter or something, and whenever those come around it's always at like the worst timing for me because it's like "but everyone's just talking heads right now and it makes no sense out of context..." so I usually don't post.
So, I wanted to start a thread where you post 2 pages that you think are the prettiest and that you're particularly proud of in your currently running comic and then put a link to it, so we can all get a real good looksie at your comic's good side to see if we want to read the rest of it or not. (And, if it's a long format webcomic you're doing, just crop out your favorite pretty parts, so it's youknow, not 1000000 px tall.) One of my favorite parts of webcomics is seeing how everyone's styles are so different and catered to the story at hand, and I really do think that this develops more in the middle, so I'm looking forward to see what y'all post. Like seriously, I need more comics to follow on here so don't be shy.
I'll go first, I'm currently writing Alchemist Burnouts, a limited black and white style comic that has been really fun for me because I decided to give the art so many restrictions. My other comic before it was fully painted, colorful, and fairly realistic and, hell, I may never do fully painted again because now I live for the playfulness and energy of lines and being able to hold a weekly update schedule.
