Social Media is fantastic, believe it or not, I started getting more active on social media a year ago

Twiter this is where I update comic or share personal likes and other things.
Youtube A lot of people here aren't doing youtube, but I'm doing tutorials and advice videos
DevianrtArt I'm most active on here updating people my youtube videos, and sharing fun blogs.
Wordpress I recommend this for comic creators! Great layout, so many options for designing your personal site{you have to pay for the extra cool stuff, but it's still worth to have.}
Paigeeworld Here's another social media site for artistes. It's just now starting to make a name for itself.
DevArtGroup I'm active on here and anyone who has a deviantart account, we'd love more people to join us
Facebook I'm not really active here, but I post from time to time...

Well, to start off, I mirror The Chronicles of SolLuna on multiple sites:

Tapastic as the main site.
Deviantart as my mirror/art site where I will post random artwork.
I have 2 Tumblrs: The Chronicles of SolLuna Tumblr, and my main tumblr for my other artwork.
There's also my Instagram where I use to post artwork and to promote my comic.

Eventually, I want to open up a Twitter and maybe a facebook page for my comic, but for now, those are the sites where you'll find my comic and my other artworks. Here's some samples from my comic and art stuff as an incentive.

Oh wow so many places everyone exist at!
I have a few places that I upload comics on.
tumblr main: it contains the links to all my comics, unedited version of them.
Smack jeeves: edited version just like here
taptastic: updating slowly up on here to catch up with the rest.
Drunk duck: unedited versions (also runs the old version of one of my comics which I drew when I was emotinally stupid near the end and freaked out messing the comic up: I cry every time I see it)

that's about it, but I had a few complaints about Tumblr, so what I did was make seperate pages on tumblr to every chapter, adding the links to every update I do. seems to help out a lot.

It's interesting reading about how you guys use social media and it got me thinking about how I use it.
Personally I use social media to reach as many as possible in order to guide those who find my work interesting to the heart of my work at www.theartofrobin.com . I've signed up to a lot of sites just to get an internet presence going and because everyone uses different platforms to follow stuff.
For the moment I mostly post whenever there's new content on my site because I'm not really comfortable posting random stuff.
For reference here is my profiles:
Facebook- Mostly for friends and family who want to know what I'm doing and because it's so popular.
Twitter- If I do post random stuff it's on Twitter because it's so quick and easy to use. It's easy for people to find you if you use hashtags to which is nice.
Tumblr- I started posting Dailydoodles here because I can schedule them really easy and because it updates every day it gains some traffic.
Pinterest- It's nice because it's not interactive and just a good place for me to put my stuff in front of people.
Google+- Well why not I guess. It is said to make your site easier to find on Google. It brings in some views and is easy to use.
Deviantart- The first site I started to put my stuff up on. I'm not a huge fan of how it works but it's easy to find new stuff there and generally a good place to share art.
Tapastic- I started putting my comics here too because it seemed natural to post comics at a place where people come to read, well comics.
(I also post on some forums because It's fun and a way to communicate with other creators but that's not really on topic.)

I've also been trying to do the whole Social media thing this year. I've had a long running tumblr, but working on how to make things better now... Here are my pages, note mostly GL works... hence my user name.

I'm shite at promoting my comic, but i post about twaw on twitter every update, and there's a tumblr where i post it page by page.

also, OP, ik you're hesitant about twitter but either way, there's a tag #webcomicchat on twitter which is a great place to promote webcomics, and talk to other creators.

For Neon Rabbit I use;
Twitter - I mainly promote on this now.
Tumblr - I use to promote primaraly on Tumblr, but am planning to switch to mostly fanart/comic doodles for the blog.
DA- I submit to a few webcomic groups

Other then that I don't really use any other sites for promotion. I one a few people use FaceBook to promote their comics, and I was in an art group on it... But I am taking a break from FB, and promotion through it seems odd to me, idk why... ^^;
