Yeah I would suggest check the brush settings...it also could be the particular brush you use versus how you make your lines. Whenever I used a certain Frenden brush (Feather Fawcett)on a brush size 5 or lower, I tend to get those types of end marks- especially if I'm kind of being lazy about how I pull the lines when I finish.
