Promote All Comics Collectively or Individually?

Do you advertise all of your series on a single social media profile (studio facebook/instagram page) or give each it's own presence (your comics has individual dedicated facebook/instagram pages)?

I've been getting some motivation to continue my series Exit_Success and I thought about trying to promote it again to help.

A little bit of both. I have multiple places that I post my art, and sometimes I'll get an influx of new people. So to remind them occasionally "hey I have a comic all the way over here. Different style than my other stuff but still by me!" helps bring new people to it.

I will say that making a twitter just for my comic was a bust though, not much traction there. Instead I have to promote it on my main twitter/tumblr. I would just keep trying stuff to see what fits.

I only have one (for now), but definitely will promote everything on one page. Mostly because it's hard enough to gain some readership even on one page, I sure don't need one more pain in the ass such as one more page with no subscribers Maybe if both things will become hugely popular and will have different readers it would be logical to separate them, but not before that point.

I've never really pursued twitter or Tumblr. I definitely lack the internet clever. Facebook always seemed easier to manage simply because of expectations. My friend talked me into creating an instagram profile but I don't think its the right platform for me until I get MUCH better.

That's true. I just probably need to grind out a better personal brand. I just don't want to be the sole reason why my project doesn't grow when it could potentially sell itself.

I just have one account on all the various sites for my art in general. I post my comic there. If it ever takes off as its own thing I will probably make it its own accounts.
