Legend has it that somewhere on this miserable, ocean-less desert planet, the water goddess, Akia, had
created "Suihira," a city that sits above an enormous glacial lake. If you prove yourself devoted to Akia, she will lead you there, where you can have all the water you can drink...or so the myth goes. Truth is, the people of the desert know better. They know Akia abandoned humanity centuries ago. Wahida isn't convinced.

I find the comic very beautiful, I love the culture it shows us, and everything is in color too !

I think The Old House on Lewis Street by Marion Leblanc deserves a lot more attention than it presently has.

The art is really good (the style changes a bit from Chapter 2 but only to get better and clearer) and the dialogues are fluent and well written.

I find the story pretty interesting so far (it's more of a polar/mystery genre than "drama") even if it is slow to build and we don't have all the elements yet.

"Fuslington, New England, 1925.
Our hero, Milton Fairbanks, is a young sculptor with strong principles
and a weatherly temper. On graduation night, he witnesses an uncanny
event - one that will lead him to a path of mystery, friendship,
spiritism, and maybe romance."

I've really been digging Castoff by Starfish. The art is great, and the story is really intriguing! It's just getting started (15 pages/episodes), but it's very promising! I highly recommend you check it out. Here's the synopsis:

I've been falling in love with Suihira. It's a really fascinating fantasy story of one girl that believes in a water god that the rest of her family and city has denounced for the fire god.
