Promote your Novel/Comic with a anti-hero mc!

Heyo! I'm a big fan of Anti-Heroes, and I'm currently in the mood to check out many different types of people's evil characters. My preference in genre is mostly fantasy and revenge, but even if it's not those genres feel free to post here.

Well both of my characters try to kill each other off, so I consider them both evil in someway, shape, or form.

One of my characters isn't evil, but fits the antihero archetype in the sense that he's morally grey, and has indirectly (and sometime directly) caused a lot of pain and suffering, though that stuff hasn't really come up at this point, since I'm still publishing the first plot arc.

He's a chaos god, who personifies the breadth of the concept of chaos as it's evolved over time, from the primordial void or matter from which the universe was created, to disorder and disaster. Because of this he doesn't really believe in any higher morality -- things just happen, but he does his best to protect the people he cares about, not because it's right, but just because he cares about them. But protecting them is hard, because, well, shit happens, especially when you hang out with a chaos god.

I've checked it out for like a split second and read the plot. I'm questioning the meaning behind the title. Does a dog come into the series or something later on?

Haha, more like a dog is involved in the beginning, but is really only around for the first two chapters (I'd explain further, but spoilers).

I promise, it's not werewolf fic.

Well then do I have just the right novel for you. My novel is about a Akilah who makes a deal with the devil in order to gain magical powers and rewind time and stop the death of her childhood friend. And spoiler (kinda) along the road she does go down a dark path where she will stop at nothing to get revenge of the people responsible for her friends death in their past life.

Ooh anti-heroes!

My MC, Sandra, appears to be a typical good person until more about her past and her current actions are revealed. She's a selfish woman who's dealing with a lot of inner conflict when it comes to affairs of the heart.

Maybe you'd like mine? My novel is urban-fantasy with some game elements and I think Shinichi fits the anti-hero archetype.

Shinichi is quite a selfish character and his actions are mostly out of self-interest. His morals are questionable and he's grown apathetic to the suffering of others. Shinichi's background and goals are pretty much a mystery right now but once my novel does finish its prologue stage, his intentions should be a bit clearer.

My characters arent good or bad, they just do what they think they have to do to survive in a world of crime.

Don't wanna be the "Achtually" guy.......but anti-heroes are different from villain protagonists......

antiheroes are heroes who lack some heroic qualities....

the classic antihero lacked courage or was wrapped in self doubt

the modern was more morally grey, willing to do morally questionable things for a good cause......or saving the day for selfish reasons.....

This thread seems more as a promotion for evil protagonists.....

Anyway.....have fun!

A Murderer's Last Masterpiece

A well known serial killer, Mr. Doug, has a total of 29 people in his artistic collection. He is an artist who is starting to lose his inspiration, and the only way for him to get it back is to create his masterpiece. But he runs into one major problem, someone else has the same idea.

But there is something much more to a murderer's last masterpiece than meets the eye, but will they ever figure out what it truly is?

My story doesn't have any hero's at the moment, so I'm unsure if this would be an anti-hero story. Later it might be a anti-hero story when another character is introduced with good morals, but until then it seems like its just a villian story.

My novel is called Yumekoroshi. The protagonists of the novel are straight up evil too. The MC's name is Nemui Kageyama.

In Twig, the main character tries to be a hero but ends up working with bad guys...among other things.
