Natsumi's log (The story so far from her point of view)

"We're finally doing it! Me and Yumi are finally setting out on the adventure we always talked about! I wish we didn't have to sneak out without telling Auntie Tsuna or Shifu, but we'll tell them all about it when we get home!
I'm writing this as we're taking the rail surfer across the border into Affe. It's weird how little snow is here. And how many trees! Yumi said the wood doesn't burn here, so it's impossible to deforest. Think it's called Fire-wood. Not like wood for a fire, but wood that generates heat!
Here's to the greatest road trip ever!"

"I made a new friend! He's a merc like me! A Spartoi called, Keanu. I asked him to join us AND HE SAID YES!
Yumi seems real nervous. She can't even look him in the eye! This is what happens when the monastery only lets in girls I suppose. She'll get there soon, we just need to ease her into hanging around guys! We still have a lot of road ahead of us to work on that.
Now that our clan has a second member, we need a cool name. What was the sword in that story? Chidori? It'll come back to me."

"The League sent ninja after us! I don't think they were working for Shifu though, so it was probably one of his fellow council members. I didn't think they would go that far over us running away...
We had some help though! This kid called Kukui who can copy herself, and a feline called Niya! I mean, she's really called Nyambura, but her nickname is way cuter.
Raikiri is getting pretty strong now! Bet the contracts will be rolling in.
Did I mention we called the clan Raikiri? Such a cool name!"

"YUMI TALKED TO KEANU! Not just that weird GAK! sound but like an actual sentence! I'm so proud!
Niya left us though. Didn't even say goodbye. We met this kid called Leon who fixed my escrima sticks and I think he went after her. Hope they're alright.
Leon said he made it so my sticks can transform now, like Keanu's sword! They call it, Denku Bure-do. Wonder what mine will look like."

"I learned that Hanabi is playing in Omega at the end of the summer! It's perfect! We'll be visiting there on the last leg of our journey so it'll be the grand finale to our tour. I got tickets for all 4 of us, but it looks like Keanu's friend is coming too, so I'll need to save up for her ticket as well. Pretty low on funds...
I'll just have to work harder!
We also ran into a Fenician Dragon who was after the bounty on Yumi. He was pretty tough. Not even Keanu could dent him! This old dude ended up one-shotting him out of nowhere! Apparently, he's Keanu's Shifu, but he only used a finger to blow this guy away! Why were they wearing the same coat though..."

"Raikiri is up to eight now! A former Knight of the Dragolong Empire has hooked dup with us! He tries to act like a playboy, but he's actually pretty nice when you talk to him. And I thought Keanu was a try hard..."

"I got hurt. Pretty bad.
Some girls from that dragons group jumped Yumi and David! I showed up to stop them, but this chick with crazy hoop earrings spat some frozen poison at me. It barely nicked me, but I totally passed out.
I woke up hours later and all sorts of things went down!
So remember those ninja from a few weeks ago? One of them is joining us as Yumi's bodyguard! Scary looking guy. Calls himself Lok, but pretty sure it's a code name.
The doctors that healed me are signing up too, as well as one of that poison jerks friends. She's called Jasmine, but she acts super weird. Apparently, she doesn't have emotions somehow, but can use ours by holding a sword with our energy. Think she's going to ask Leon to make her some new swords that are better for channelling our fighting styles. She actually uses twelve! Twelve swords!!! She's real short too. Surprised she can carry them all.
David is going off with her and the doctors, Lilia and Fio, leaving just me, Yumi, Keanu, Kukui, Rose and Lok.
We have another month before we reach Omega. With any luck there won't be any incidents like last time."

"I'm not holding up well. I thought I was over the whole poison thing, but I keep crying when I'm alone.
I mean...I nearly died! What would happen to Yumi if I did?
I can't let her find out. Knowing her it will spoil the entire trip if she's worrying about me.
I just need to get over it.

"I made Yumi cry.
She's been getting nosey about my money spending. I couldn't let her know I'd spend it all on Hanabi tickets. It would ruin the surprise!
She took it the wrong way, said I was babying her. Is that how she thinks of me? What kind of sister am I?
I left to be alone. No doubt the others are looking for us.
I'm just gonna eat my ice cream until I stop crying. Then I'll apologise and everything will go back to normal!
We don't have long left..."

"Everything's gone wrong!
We were ambushed on the way out of the country by a Dragolong Knight in red armour.
I didn't even see what happened! It was like I blinked and Keanu was on the floor!
So much blood...
I'm not sure what happened after that, but my ribs are still sore. I blacked out and missed the whole battle.
Keanu and Yumi fell off the bridge into the water. We can't get in touch, so I'm guessing Keanu's phone broke in the fall. Unless... No, don't go there!
Lok and his ninja pals are looking for them now. I called the rest of Raikiri, but it looks like they're out of the country. Lilia and Fio are coming though, but David and Jasmine are caught up in David's homeland.
Rose is getting more and more wound up and I don't know how to stop Ku from crying.
I want to help them, but I'm barely holding it together myself.
I don't want them to worry about me too, so I'll keep it to myself.
It will be fine.
Everything will be fine.
