yeah, i googled it too, which is how i found it. But i was wondering if people who lived in Canada were more likely to have heard of it. There are a few pretty big University publications in the USA that I've heard of from more than one source, even though I lived (and live) nowhere nearby, but i'd really never heard of Acta Victoriana lol.
