Question 4: Cereal? Milk?
Carmen (Thunder Chicken): Oh yes, cold cereal is a food. Whether it's a nice bowl of something relatively healthy like Mini Wheats or that indulgence in diabetes known as Fruit Loops, cereal makes for a nice, quick meal and even the occasional snack. As for milk: Cereal first, then milk. We're civilised people here.
Daecon: I owe my very existence to cold cereal. When I was a kid it was the only thing I'd eat. Honestly, I don't know how poor Dion handled raising me. As for milk: You put milk in your cereal? Gross. Milk is gross. I like my cereal dry and by the handful.
Question 5: Is drama a thing?
Carmen (Thunder Chicken): Not only is Drama a thing in fiction, it's essential no matter what the main genre of the story is. It would be hard to find a book with no drama in it. As for whether it makes for a good main topic, I wouldn't intentionally gravitate toward something like that, but it would certainly be valid.
Daecon: I agree with Thunder Chicken here. Drama is everywhere, even in comedy.
Question 6: Leather pants? Sequins?
Carmen (Thunder Chicken): I grew up in the 1980's, when hair metal was a thing. Leather and spandex were everywhere, and I was enjoying every minute of it. Would I wear it personally? No. It looks terribly uncomfortable. But an 80's hair metal dude decked out in leather and spikes? Oh my, yes! Now, as for sequins, nope. That's more a 70's thing and it's a little too flashy and gaudy for my taste.
Daecon: Absolutely! While I'm much (much, much) younger than Thunder Chicken I do love everything 80's, especially the styles. Everything was so over the top! . I love the look and feel of leather, and I love how it shows off my... um... assets. Owen and the others tell me now that tight leather pants aren't exactly befitting somebody in my position, so I guess that fun is over, but I swear to God, they can have my tie-dyed shirts and tight acid washed jeans when they peel them off my cold, dead body! Now, sequins? Absolutely not. When I dress, I want it to be me who sparkles, not some tiny sparkly bits on my clothes!
Question 7: What is your ideal type? Fashion, etc?
Carmen (Thunder Chicken): As far as fashion, I think we covered that in the last question! But my ideal type? I like the nerdy type. Preferably shorter than me, with a slight muscular build. With glasses. Ginger hair is a bonus. Smart, caring, a little unsure of himself. The elusive Cute Gay Nerd. Thankfully, this describes my husband (except the ginger hair).
Daecon: Looks at Thunder Chicken You keep your eyes off my Evander!
Carmen (Thunder Chicken): But I invented Evander! And you, too, come to think of it! You were both drawn in ways that I find attractive. Admittedly, Evander is my ideal, but don't worry, you're still hot too. Hell, I gave you wings! Evander doesn't have those!
Daecon: Somewhat mollified Yeah, I guess so. And I will admit, you did a great job on Evander. He's exactly my type. I mean, he is perfect!
Carmen (Thunder Chicken): Well, I drew him to be that way, but you'd still find him to be perfect even if I had drawn him another way because you two are Fated Mates...
