I just recently released a new novel and would love to get some feedback/ comments on it! It's more of a trial run for now, but I still wanted to see if people on tapas would be interested! And, of course, I'd love to do the same for others!

Title: A Fool's Wish

Genre: Fantasy (main), action, drama

Synopsis: 17-year-old Akilah is traumatized by the gruesome death of her childhood best friend, Adara. Adara had been wrongfully accused of cheating on her soon-to-be husband, the King of their nation, a man who had been blinded by deceitful people. The perpetrators behind Adara’s wrongful death were many but none of them were exposed or held accountable for it.

Life is unfair - those are the first words uttered by Akilah after Adara's burial. Desperate and on the brink of insanity she decides to make a deal with the devil in order to gain power and rewind back time. Will the deal work out in Akilah's favor? Will she be able to save Adara from the monsters that killed her or will history repeat itself?

There were some novels and comics that I'm already subscribed to, so this is just in response to those I haven't read/ don't follow yet! ^^

@WEBTOON_ADDICT_2007 I really like the refreshing perspective on aliens! Definitely an intriguing start! Will definitely be keeping up with this webtoon!

@jenessamdsilva I'm definitely relating so much to Annalise xD She's like every other single person wanting to be inn a relationship but not trying to even get in one

@lumisullivan I love your descriptions! And that backstory! :o I'm going to have to go back and read more later!

Synopsis: Just like everyone else in the sweltering West Coast city of Isla Lucrecia, Quang Nghiem is struggling to get by. His family’s business can’t make ends meet, his childhood friend has vanished without a trace and the self-imposed local “Union” threatens to tear down the family restaurant if they can’t pay their dues. Fortunately for him, part-time lifeguard and fellow out-of-practice martial artist Selene Olwagen has nothing better to do and is more than willing to help Quang track down his missing friend. However, there’s more lurking in the shadows of Isla Lucrecia’s than typical street gangs and criminals.

Title: I'm ̶n̶o̶t̶ A Sick Boy

Genre: Superhero x Survival Horror x Dark Fantasy (evolves into a Battle Royale & includes a BL subplot)

Synopsis/Summary:
It follows two brothers and a former assassin who hear a strange 'Hum' sound one night.
(1) They acquire unusual powers
(2) They also become carriers of a horrid virus.
Others they come into contact with instantly mutate into feral monsters, causing an outbreak.
The trio must use their unusual powers to survive against the ever evolving monsters.
They try to rescue survivors but must also be cautious to not infect them in the process.
Their luck is cut short when a spiteful few spin the infection into a grizzly game. The trio's powers are based on Solid, Liquid and Gas.
Themes include: Brotherhood (kinship between a Straight & Gay sibling), Family, Growth and Responsibility.
