Well, I'll have to be honest here, don't worry I'll give you as much advice that I can but I rather tackle this in the act:
DON'T call your work in progress, incomplete drawings, or finished drawings horrible. Why? That's commentary that you can keep for yourself, but you'll either have people that would come to you just to make comments on that very same level as an excuse to be harsh, or you'll have people that'll evade your flaws just for the sake of feeling that they are supporting you, but said support is superficial. As well that even if there is people in between that'll either try to give you advice or help you out, it is still a commentary that would likely make others uncomfortable. Self-deprication may get you a bit of sympathy, a bit of attention but on the long run it may play negatively for yourself.
With that aside, let's begin with a small review of the only one and single image you provided. The art style is not wrong, and the anatomy is not bad if you ask me. It resembles more of a chinese style but I won't do a redraw of it since I believe that's just calling out not only your mistakes but mine as well, because I have a stylized style already. Probably, the only thing that I would change is to make the ears bigger, the size starting at the same level of the eyebrows and finishing where the nose ends, which also should be a bit lower, otherwise you'll have a big gap between the end of the nose and the mouth. The neck is not bad, and the shoulders aren't bad either, however I believe that if you slim the neck just a tiny bit, the character's head will look in proportion to the shoulders and upper part of the torso.
About mirror tool, is not a bad tool actually, it only requires a bit more of attention to make sure the eyes don't look crossed. The chin doesn't look very far away from some chinese or korean comics so I really don't mind it much. However, I would recommend to draw faces from different angles, different rotations, views from above or under. It's important to learn to draw faces, characters and objects, especially if you want to do comics and have expressive panels.

The internet is your biggest tool, as a self-taught person who only knew spanish at the age of 12 and somehow ended up in places like DeviantART, Pixiv and especially Youtube and Facebook groups. The road is simpler than a few years ago, there are more artists in different languages that can provide educative material or assistance, there is always new tutorials, youtube videos, online classes, courses, pdf's, books or even in live videos that you can search, find and try to use for your own growth. Only that, remember some artist can give a limited amount of advice and won't have all the answers for what you desire, some even just know how to draw but they are not teachers, teaching is also a skill and not all of people have it, so if you have a favorite artist and this person doesn't know how to give you proper advice, don't get mad a them or think that they are hidding information from you (Since this is something that happens quite a lot with amateur/novice artists who grow to despice popular/talented artists)
And art resources are not the only thing that you'll find, those who search find. That means that you can also learn about story making, comic making, character making, worldbuilding and even more.
You're not sure of what you're drawing yet because you're still looking for your identity, and that's totally fine just don't try to achive things that are unreachable for you just yet, try to aim for smaller things, like finishing a drawing independently if you like it. Trying a coloring technique, an artstyle, to do fullbodies.
Start small, I know that you'll probably have thousands of characters and stories that you want to show everybody, but Rome wasn't made in a day, so try to put objectives that are reachable, first to develop your skills, then to try having a bit more responsability with a project (Be it a small 2 page comic, or participating in art challenges) and then, eventually, you'll be able to take bigger challenges.
