Hi yall please recommend comics that are not your comics. the reason why i say this is im looking for new stuff to read but ive read most of the self advertised comics here and a lot of rec threads have repeat self advert comics. Thanks! you can also recommend non webcomic comics.

For me I want to rec this: The Princess is a total deviant
It is really funny and original!!
synopsis: Celeste Belfere has been engaged to the prince of a neighbouring kingdom since she was young. She doesn't remember his face... and after many years, she completely forgets about the arranged marriage. Instead, when she comes of age, she reveals her true colours: a dirty-minded, voyeuristic deviant. Will she be able to hold out for another year, marry the prince and establish peace between their kingdoms?

Dragon Husbands is kind of my life, tbh.

It's about people in a cool spacey future with a really neat combination of futuristic sci-fi and traditional fantasy, largely inspired by east asian cultures. Good world building gets me so much, I swear.

As for the story, it's BL, but there hasn't been a lot of romance so far. I've really been enjoying it. The characters and story are really different from other stuff I've read.

dude More Than Meets The Eye is so good. It's transformers but you can go in blind and you'll get the hang of things quickly. the dialogue flows so well and there's an amazing level of continuity in it (stuff in issue 1 will connect all the way to 38)

from the wiki: The Transformers: More than Meets the Eye is an ongoing comic series published by IDW Publishing, starting in January 2012. This series follows the adventures of Rodimus and his team as they travel through space, hunting for the legendary Knights of Cybertron (so they tell themselves) and having adventures along the way. But mostly it's about lonely nobodies hanging out pretending they have friends.
it's also got a canon gay married couple and like 6 or 7 other gay characters/relationships.

Long Exposure
Long Exposure is an ongoing webcomic about a nerd and a bully who are forced to work on a class project together. The story revolves around them developing super powers after an incident at a strange research center, and finding themselves followed by a mysterious car, overcoming personal challenges, and (most importantly) discovering how gay they are for each other.

World at Strife
In a land full of fantastical monsters and whimsical sights, a young man with little ambition wanders the world trying to regain his missing memories.

No Way
NO WAY is a web comic, a story about fantasy world and Academy, where many creatures study together. But first and foremost this is a story about a vampire and an elf who were betrothed to each other and who now have to live and learn together. Yes, this is a story about the relationship between two guys, basically, although the other characters are there too. Also in the future in the comic are planned explicit scenes of a sexual nature, so there is a limit 18 + But, basically, it's still a romantic Comedy and fairy tale.

Kay, I'm gonna recommend stuff that: updates fairly consistently, don't shoot up to the Popular section when they update, I don't see their creators going around the forums, and that I enjoy.

Ariel 51: "Ariel Ackley has been obsessed with aliens and conspiracies since she was a little girl. Now she may have stumbled upon something that could not only answer her biggest questions but also lead her on an adventure that will change her life forever."

Ondein: "Mysterious adventures of a wandering employee of the astral industry. He often gets involved in various incidents and stories. It’s not on purpose though, and all that stuff just happens by itself."

My Hero!: "Hasera has always dreamed of working with the Champion Lark, but her dream is turning out to be a nightmare. Now she must find a way to get him to start giving a damn about doing his job and find out who is behind a sinister plot that may spell certain doom for Alteria! Hopefully before she kills him herself."

The Author's Apprentice: "The story follows Johanna Petit whose chance encounter with an unusual book leads to her discovery of the Athenaeum, a mythical library that houses every character and story ever created."

Last Doctor: "Dr Kudo is now 2nd year in his internship in the hospital and has the ability to see people who will die in 7 days. Since there's no way to save these patients, what should he do with them? What can he do for them? What does it mean to be the last doctor for your patient?"

Some series I haven't talked about in previous topics like this.

The Pale: "The Pale follows Franklin Ink (Fink), a reserved FBI linguist, as he searches for a mysterious killer from his past. With help from the Rocket Ridge sheriff’s department, Fink hopes to track down the killer while keeping one little secret from the Sheriff– he’s face blind."
it has a sort of Twin Peaks feel and not only is it visually pleasing, but the work put into the dialogue is also pleasing to read.

Centralia 2050: "A girl named Midori wakes up lost amidst the hi-tech metropolis of Centralia. Without memories, her only connection to this place is a mysterious girl from her dreams. As she goes searching for this girl, she finds the city is not what it seems…"
An entertaining mystery that is not only a little dark, but still retains some humanity in it with the characters.

Waffles and Pancakes: "Two best friends attempt to answer life's great mysteries, such as "what if our butts had nipples?""
While some jokes are a little bizarre I still find it entertaining as I enjoy humor that also requires some form of self-reflection.

My Friends in Distantland: "In the country of Distantland, nothing is as it seems. Cathryn, a young human girl, prides herself on her knowledge. However, when she meets a vampire named Van Von Fang, her world gets turned upside down. Everything she was taught about monsters is put into question. Not only that, but she learns of a threat affecting both sides. Her only hope is to use both wit and kindness to prevent the world she thought she knew from getting destroyed."
I like the art style in this one, even though it looks dark and gritty I can still sense a bit of light heartedness in each of the characters.

Greengarten: "Something strange landed in Neon City... it only got stranger when that something turned into a person."
A bizarre, but humorous adventure series that doesn't seem to care if it takes itself seriously. The creator has a fantastic sense of humor and despite it being enjoyable to laugh at, it does have some pretty heartwarming scenes during the second chapter that was really nice.

My favorite comic on Tapastic is Darbi.

It follows the misadventures of a baby T-Rex and his siblings. Ultra violent, crassly funny, with subversive social commentary and vivid art+colors.

It's like a psychedelic cross between Gon and the Boondocks.

Can't recommend it enough.

My absolute favorite webcomics of all time:

Fantomestein: Phantom of the Opera and Frankenstein (book versions) smashed together into a wonderfully cohesive story. Was the comic that got me back into making comics.
Brain Damage: A businesswoman with a terminal illness gets an 'afterlife advisor' who happens to be completely unbearable.
Patrik The Vampire: Patrik's a good egg and just wants to live his undead life, but memories of the past constantly are on his mind.
Radio Silence: A coming of age story about a band in England. Everyone is great and there's also music that Vanessa writes for it!
